Review Time: Liposan Lip Balm, Too Faced Lip Balm, Anastacia after tweezing cream

Hello guys!!!
I just wanted to tell you that tomorrow i'm going to Leptokaria which is a beautiful place in the Northern Greece. The beach is amazing and i basically love it everytime i go there. I'm gonna be with my best friend which makes it even more exciting!!
On another note i really want to apologize for not updating since last Wednesday, but i've just been enjoying my holidays, school starts in a couple of weeks and i can't do otherwise but to have fun till the very last minute.

I've talked about this in my videos but i'm going to say that once again. I love it. It's like the best lip balm out there, colour wise. At first it seemed to me that it was an absolute life saver when it came to my dry lips. After using it for about a month, i can now safely say that this product apart from the beautiful smell and the gorgeous colour, it does pretty much nothing to my lips. When i put this on, it stays for quite a long time but after 5 minutes my lips are getting dry and sometimes chipped again.
Overall, i would recommend this to anyone who likes, juicy, summery, beautiful looking lips. But it's definitely a no no to anyone who wants to purchase something that works for their dry lips.

I LOVE this. The past couple of weeks, i've been wearing it almost every day. And what i noticed is when that it says sos lip balm it means sos lip balm. It tastes like most lip treatments do, and its white. This week, there was a lot of humidity, was very hot and it rained a lot. Too much for my lips to handle. I was in pain until i grabbed the lip balm and put it on my lips. The results are instant. After 2 or 3 minutes i felt such a relief and my previously dry and chipped lips were all smooth and in no pain. I now religiously use this as a night treatment, and i'm loving the results. I wake up with smooth, soft, ready-to-kiss lips.If you do not recognize the brand it's actually the exact same product(same ingredients, same company etc)as nivea's lip balm.Liposan basically belongs to Nivea.

I haven't used this as much as i have with the previous products but i thought i should make a review about it. The ladies at sephora recommended this a couple of months ago and being an impulsive shopper like me i picked that too. But i have to say it didn't really stood out. It's got green colour and it's supposed to cover the redness on your face. To me it looked quite sheer. I didn't really liked it. There isn't one good thing to say about this product. It green, it smells very bad and it does nothing. I will definitely be not repurchasing this in the future.

So i hope you have a very good week, and ill talk to you guys as soon as i'm back from my holidays!

Name's Day Gift.

So here in Greece we celebrate 'Name Days'.

"A name day is a tradition in many countries in Europe and Latin America of celebrating on a particular day of the year associated with the one's given name. The custom originated with the Catholic and Orthodox calendar of saints, where believers, named after a particular saint, would celebrate that saint's feast day."~ Wikipedia

For Instance i celebrate my name day on the 17th of Septemper which is dedicated to St Sophia.
Anyway after this prologue the reason for this post is to show you what my lovely mum is going to get me! And yes it's the Michael Kors watch in gold.

Isn't it lovely?

My "everyday face" routine.

So this is basically what i put on my face pretty much every day.

Firstly, i moisturise my face currently with Johnson's 24h moisture cream. Then i apply MAC's moisturelush eye cream in my eye area.
Hint: What i do is, i put the eye cream in the fridge so when i use it in the morning and evening it's cool and literally feels refreshing.
I wait a little bit, up to 3 or 4 minutes for them to dry and then proceed to the next step which is foundation.

I use Studio fix fluid pretty much all year round. I love this foundation, covers really well and i even like its scent. After that i apply my concealer on my problem areas. I'm currently using MAC's studio sculpt and i'm quite pleased with that. But, i'm also willing to try MUFE's full cover. Lastly, i want to state that i apply these with my fingers. I am a big supporter of applying foundation with your fingers because you can really build it up and also it melts to your body temperature, thus, it blends much better and easier.

Next step is my powder and bronzer. I use MAC studio fix plus as it's seriously one of the best powders out there, and the coverage is perfect. Then i use my MAC bronzing powder. To be frank with you, i haven't really used that many bronzers in my life to simply have a favourite or have a better opinion on MAC's bronzer. But i have to say even though i haven't heard any (good) reviews about this product, i really like it. It's got a little bit of shimmer but it's so subtle you cannot even notice that. And it's not muddy looking whatsoever.

Basically, these are my 'standard' eye shadows. They are the ones that i pretty much always reach for, for an everyday make up look. I just make different combinations with them depending on the look that i want to create.
Top:Sable, Concrete
Bottom: All That Glitters, Woodwinked
Side: Nylon(inner corner, eyebrow highlighter)

Next step is blush and mascara.
I put loads of coats of mascara, as i love mascara and i think it's the best product to intensify your eyes. I use Lancome Hypnose Mascara, my all time favourite mascara, by it's own or if i want extra intensity i first apply L'Oreal Telescopic for length and on top of that Lancome Hypnose for intensity. Then i apply blush. there's not one blush that i'll be using every day, my taste changes quite often so i'm showing you four of the blushes that i mostly use for a day look.
In the picture,
Top: Well Dressed, Dame, Dolly Mix
bottom: Style, Gingerly, Loverush
I mostly use well dressed, dame style and gingerly. Of course there are other like coy girl springsheen and daft pink.

To do all this, i use only two brushes, the 129 and the 252. I use the 129 brush for powder, bronzer and blush and it really does well.
I use the 252 to apply eye shadow and sometimes i'll use a blending brush.

Last, but not least ,lipstick. There isn't just one lipstick that i like and use everyday so i took a picture of the lipsticks that i use most of the time.
Left to right: Speed Dial, Angel, Snob, Modesty, Freckletone.

So what is your make up routine, i'd like to know. Everybody's welcome to reply

MAC Colour Craft Blush in Daft Pink: A Review

I have to be completely honest with you, when i first went to MAC to check out the Colour Craft collection, i was left disappointed with the swatches, thus, i only picked one eyeshadow, Odd Bits, that is. And after a few days of reading about the Daft Pink blusher on other people's blogs i decided to give it a second chance, even though the first time when i saw the swatch i though" Oh My God! Way too light and glittery!!!"
I tell you i am so happy and thankful that i did give it a second chance. I've been wearing non stop for the past week. It gives the most amazing glow to your cheeks and it's just a must-have for summer! Of course when i wear it, due to having lots of shimmer and glitter, i wear everything else matte.

It is not extremely pigmented, which in this case i really like and its overall quality is very good, and you can actually feel it as you're applying it on your cheeks. Of course i apply this with my 129 brush which is something that i should review as well:)Some people say that it's better to wear this at night, but me, being a shimmer freak, i have no problem wearing it during the day.
Overall, i think this is great product that can been purchased by anyone, as long as they can handle a little bit of extra shimmer to their face. They colour is very subtle but the overall result, breathtaking. I will definitely try to repurchase this in the next few days.

So what do you think? Do you like it? Are there any other blush products(MSFs are in too) from the Colour Craft collection that i should consider purchasing ?

Thank you guys and have a great Tuesday!

Product Review: MAC skin salve from the 'Naked Honey' collection.

Ok, so the past couple of weeks I've been using mac's NH skin salve. And i have to tell you i actually adore this product!
Even though the whole collection could be categorized as passable, considering that I'm not too fond of the scent of honey this much, the only product i was really curious about was the skin salve. And to be honest, just like Vaseline, i love the idea of having a multi-purpose product. So, I'm going to list ways of how i use the skin salve.
Photobucket

  • Lips: My lips are seriously very dry especially during the summer or during some very cold days in the winter. This product, not only hydrates your lips but it also makes them very soft.
  • Feet: For the past 2 years I've been suffering from having very dry skin on my heel bases. No matter how many pedis I've done to make them smoother it never lasted more than three or four days. So after two weeks of using the salve i can safely say that the result is a-bloody-mazing. I apply it day and night. Not only my heel bases got smoother but the whole sole has got hydrated. I can now wear sandals without any guilt! And i am very very happy!!!
  • Dry Parts: I have combination skin but some parts of my body(and face) need to be deeply hydrated. For instance the skin salve does wonders to my elbows which happen to be quite dry most of the time. I use it day by day and the result is noticeable. Use it anywhere on your skin, and it will leave you very pleased.
  • Cuticles: I apply it on my cuticles twice a week and generally round the nails where the skin can sometimes become quite hard. It softens and is quite an ideal product for me.

Generally, when i first purchased this i thought it might be a little greasy and sticky on the skin, but it is neither of these and it sinks into the skin effortlessly, leaving it very soft.

I highly recommend this product to everyone but hurry because it sells out quickly!
I'm definetely getting a back up of this on Monday!

Kisses,
